Distribution Client Care Assistant

The Hong Kong Distribution Department helps provide donated goods to local people and families in need. We believe that dignity is a necessity, not a luxury, which is why we aim to offer a welcoming and respectful experience to every beneficiary. By supporting client enquiries and coordinating the preparation and distribution of goods, you will help ensure that essential items reach those who need them most. What we need -Handle inquiries from clients and NGO workers by phone or email -Welcome onsite clients and accompanying them as they choose donated goods and gather feedback from clients via surveys and other means Assist local beneficiaries and fill beneficiaries’ orders of donated goods and arranging relevant logistics -Maintain a streamlined, safe, and orderly warehouse, including cleaning and lifting tasks and ensure accurate data entry in our stock systems -Help families in need through our HK Distribution Centre. -We are especially looking for volunteers who are hospitable, proactive. Being able to do some heavy lifting will be helpful but not essential. The schedule is flexible depending on the availability of the volunteer (Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm). If you can commit to volunteering at least 1 day a week for a minimum of 3 months, we would love to hear from you!
